As of 2022, the xanthan gum we use is derived from corn. While there aren’t corn proteins in the final product, some people with corn sensitivities choose to avoid our products made with xanthan gum. Read more about xanthan gum here. Our Sandwich Rolls and Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough are free from xanthan gum.
