Our bread is preservative-free, so we recommend placing your bread - in its original packaging- in the refrigerator as soon as it's received. The bread will last about a week as long as it stays chilled. 

We highly recommend slicing and freezing what you won't eat right away. Our bread will last in the freezer for at least two months.


Always slice our gluten-free sourdough with a sharp, non-serrated knife, and enjoy toasted!
