Bread has sulfites?Updated 10 months ago

Our bread is made with ingredients that have no added sulfites, including the xanthan gum. 

Please note that for all our ingredients suppliers, their manufacturing processes are proprietary and cannot be disclosed. While our supplier has confirmed that sulfites have not been added during the manufacturing process, they do not test their products and neither the supplier or we can guarantee against any naturally occurring sulfites in the product.
