How can I track my order?Updated a year ago

We will send you an email with a tracking link provided by the shipping carrier so you can keep an eye on your order's journey. Due to the perishability of our products, we only choose express shipping with our shipping partners to ensure that your order arrives fresh.

We recommend checking your tracking information daily from the carrier's website to see the real-time progress of your order. Any orders that are unable to be enjoyed due to the inability to pick up and/or refrigerate the bread after it has been delivered will not be refunded. In select cases, we will happily send you a new order for a reshipment fee starting at $15.
