Orders placed by Monday at 11:59pm PT  will ship by Thursday via FedEx Express or UPS Ground. Orders placed after the Monday cutoff will ship the FOLLOWING week (by Thursday of the next week). Once shipped, orders typically arrive between Thursday and Saturday.

All shipments that fall on a shipping holiday/closure will be sent out on the next possible shipping date. 

We highly recommend adding Package Protection to your order to ensure your gluten-free sourdough is protected from carrier delays, damage, loss, and theft! Bread SRSLY reserves the right to refuse refunds or reshipments for orders placed without Package Protection.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

We cannot be liable for the delay or inability of our product to be delivered in a timely fashion due to incorrect shipping information submitted at checkout. Any orders that are unable to be enjoyed due to the inability to pick up and/or refrigerate the bread after it has been delivered will not be refunded. In select cases, we will happily send you a new order for a reshipment fee starting at $15.

Order cancellation policy: We are unable to make changes to orders after our Monday at 11:59pm PT cutoff. Please refer to your order confirmation email to ensure your shipping address and order details are correct before Monday at 11:59 pm PT. Orders that have been processed for shipment will not be eligible for cancellation, editing, or change of address.
