Can I cancel my order?

If your order already has a tracking number, we will not be able to cancel it.

Refunds after delivery

Any orders that are unable to be enjoyed due to the inability to pick up and/or refrigerate the bread after it has been delivered will not be refunded. In select cases, we will happily send you a new order for a reshipment fee starting at $15. Please

Refund on shipping paid?

Bread SRSLY does not refund shipping costs. Bread SRSLY only refunds the shipping cost on orders when a claim is filed with the shipping carrier and the carrier issues a refund.

Bread SRSLY Shipping Policy

Orders placed by Sunday midnight PST will ship by WEDNESDAY via FedEx Express, or UPS Ground. Orders placed after the Sunday cutoff will ship the FOLLOWING week (by Wednesday of the next week). Once shipped, orders typically arrive between Thursday a
