Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellation policy: We are unable to make changes to orders after our Monday at 11:59pm PT cutoff. Please refer to your order confirmation email to ensure your shipping address and order details are correct before Monday at 11:59pm PT. Orders

Refunds after delivery

Any orders that are unable to be enjoyed due to the inability to pick up and/or refrigerate the bread after it has been delivered will not be refunded. In select cases, we will happily send you a new order for a reshipment fee starting at $15. Please

Refund on shipping paid?

Bread SRSLY does not refund shipping costs or LABL package protection fees. Bread SRSLY only refunds the shipping cost on orders when a claim is filed with the shipping carrier and the carrier issues a refund. We are unable to issue refunds for LABL
